Using this website

This website and our publications are for education and information only. Nothing here is financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. Please read the Risk Disclosure.

Your license to purchased products

When you buy a book, workbook, or other product from us, we license it to you. We do not sell you the copyright. The license is personal to you.

You may: read the product on your own devices, print a copy for yourself, and use the workbook for your own records.

You may not: copy, share, lend, resell, post, or distribute the product or your license key, in whole or in part; remove or hide the email address or notices in it; try to get around any protection; or use it to train or fine-tune an AI system. A team or company that wants to use a product needs a separate license from us.

Your license ends if you break these rules.

Payment, delivery, and refunds

Products are sold through Gumroad. The price and any taxes are shown at checkout. Refunds follow the refund policy shown on the product page and Gumroad’s terms. If a purchase is refunded or charged back, your access to the Reader Portal ends.

Updates

We may release corrected or improved versions of a product. When we do, we intend to make them available through Gumroad to people who bought it. We do not promise future editions.

The free sample

You may share the free sample in its complete, unaltered form.

Our content and trademarks

The text, figures, and tools are protected by copyright. “The Volatility Clock Trade” is used as a trademark of CouncilMinds Publishing & Research. Names of markets, indexes, and companies belong to their owners, and we are not affiliated with them.

No warranty

Our products are provided “as is.” The workbook and calculators do arithmetic on the numbers you enter. We do not promise they are free of errors, that they suit your platform, or that any result will be profitable. Check every input, such as fees, contract multipliers, and settlement rules, with your own broker.

Limit on our responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, CouncilMinds is not responsible for trading losses or for indirect or consequential damages. Our total responsibility for any claim about a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
